TERMS OF SERVICE

You must be at least 13 years old to use PixlPit. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pixlpit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harassment, upload illegal content, or are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

You retain ownership of the pixel artwork you create. By submitting content to PixlPit, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute your artwork within the Service and for promotional purposes (e.g., social media highlights of winners).

You represent that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain illegal material, and does not depict graphic violence, pornography, or hate speech. We may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated means to participate in battles or voting; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; (c) manipulate vote counts or game mechanics through any unauthorized means; (d) impersonate other users or PixlPit staff; (e) upload malicious code.

XP points, levels, ranks, and badges are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. We may adjust the XP system, scoring rules, or rankings at any time without notice.

The PixlPit name, logo, site design, and all non-user-generated content are owned by PixlPit and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXLPIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email and post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
